Refund policy

• Our orders typically take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the location.
• If you wish to refund or exchange your order, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving it.
• We recommend trying on your order as soon as possible and notifying us immediately if there are any issues. In such cases, another courier will be dispatched to facilitate the refund or exchange process.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping two sizes.
• Refunds are only granted for defected items.
• Normally you receive your order as a closed package.
